Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Yatribhet App. By accessing or using the Yatribhet App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Account Registration a. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, users confirm they meet these criteria. b. Account Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. c. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
User-Generated Content a. Ownership: Users retain ownership rights to content they upload, share, or post on the App. However, by posting, users grant the App a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for App-related purposes. b. Content Guidelines: Users must not post unlawful, abusive, obscene, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these guidelines.
Privacy and Data Protection a. Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect users' personal information. Users agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy when using the App. b. Data Security: We take reasonable measures to protect user data; however, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the App.
Intellectual Property Rights a. App Content: All content provided by the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property laws. b. User Content: Users must respect intellectual property rights and should not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of others when posting content.
Limitation of Liability a. Disclaimer: The App is provided "as is," and we disclaim any warranties, expressed or implied, regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App.
Termination and Modification a. Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the App after modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. b. Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to the App without prior notice for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu.
Miscellaneous a. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. b. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By using the Yatribhet App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
